My daughter loves coming here, the staff are so nice and she chats about them all so much at home which speaks volumes! She is also so kind to her teddy's when she plays 'nursery' at home so she must be watching kindness and copying. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Very Friendly, patient and kind staff who look after the children with lots of love. My baby is more comfortable being in nursery than when he first started since it was a new environment. They are awesome and can recommend this nursery to everyone

Our little girl started nursery 3 months ago and we've been delighted with the nursery and staff so far. Communication has been great, they really seem to care and get to know the babies individually and their personalities to help them settle in as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone! My little one has been attending here for 2 years and is always so excited to go. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and you can tell they genuinely care. They are very helpful and easy to talk to. She has become such a confident person here and has formed bonds with the staff which is lovely to see. Big outdoor space and good range of food provided. Thank you for everything!

Our daughter started in June and we have nothing but great things to say! I'm a qualified early years teacher myself so trust me when I say my standards are high and the nursery exceeds our expectations constantly. Nothing is too much to ask, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable which meant that our daughter has settled so fast despite only being in part time. The children are stimulated with well thought out activities that challenge and engage them with fab continuous provision alongside it. The staff in the baby room have struck a perfect balance of providing care and education which is so so rare to find. The managers are always friendly and happy to help. Myself and my husband have been blown away at how quickly the staff in the room have gotten to know our daughter and they've remembered every little detail of everything we've said. I've never known a nursery have a freely accessible garden in the baby room and it's just fantastic how much time they spend outside!

My daughter started at the nursery in January and I have been so happy with everything about the nursery. My daughter loves going and has settled really well, the staff in the baby room are so nice and lots of different activities going on each day with you are informed of on the app. I love that I can just log on the app see what she has eaten throughout the day and about her nappies and naps. Management are really lovely and often seen in the rooms with the babies which I think is lovely. I have nothing but good things to say about the nursery and it is really improved since my first daughter went there a good few years back (different staff and management at the time). Thank you for all you do :)

My Daughter started in September 2024 and the team went above and beyond to ensure she settled in and since then she has absolutely thrived in the baby room. The resources the nursery have are great and the team are constantly setting up new activities with new themes for the children to enjoy. There is a lot of indoor and outdoor space for the children to enjoy and which is well looked after. The staff have been amazing with my child who has an allergy and super supportive in all aspects.

My daughter is curious and happy about going to nursery. Easy to communicate with staff. Understands family and needs of individual child. Provides flexible hours. Engage kids in thought provoking activities. Helping kids to be more independent.

I'm so glad we chose this nursery! The staff are LOVELY and so supportive with my little ones feeding and eating. He has great naps, and has fun, and I love the updates and photos - as an anxious mama, these make a huge difference. They also provide regular observations on learning which is fab. The food sounds delicious and healthy which is great. I highly recommend all the time to friends and family. The outdoor space looks great - we can't use it yet because of the weather and littlens not walking yet, but I can't wait to see what they get up to in the summer.

The managers and all the staff have been absolutely lovely and helpful! You can tell staff really do care and have so much patience! I cannot thank you enough for putting our minds at ease when we are at work. Definitely can't recommend it highly enough and it's especially handy for working nearby! The only thing is I feel the rooms could be cleaned a little more often but that's just a small nag compared to all the lovely positives!

My son started last may , and he's honestly come on so much since being there , it's also perfect as I work within the hospital so I am close to him . The staff have been nothing but kind and supportive not only to my child but me & my family too . The manager are so helpful and are both incredibly supportive. My son's key worker and he absolutely adores her and so do I . She's such a lovely lady . I honestly couldn't ask for anywhere better for my child . Thanks again xx

We are very happy with this nursery, my son has been coming here 3 days a week since Spring 2023 - the staff are very friendly and helpful always. They teach and nurture my son with care and competence. He skips in every time and gives his key workers a cuddle as they have created such a good bond. They do all sorts of clever activities, creative crafts, outside play, veg growing, etc. He is well fed with a balanced and comprehensive menu from the chef. I don't have any negatives, I fully recommend this nursery as a safe, kind and nurturing place to send a child.

My daughter settled really quickly in to the baby room with loads of support from the baby room staff - for both of us! It's very reassuring leaving her with staff who make me feel like they genuinely care about her. Thanks for all you do and for feeding her so well!

Wonderful experience so far with this nursery, my little one needs to be cuddled often and likes to play with someone next to him to feel safe and the staff is been always very understanding of his needs providing very nurturing care. Food menu is very diverse and lots of activities to encourage our kids to develop and improve their skills are made with care to detail an example of it is the mental health care week that took recently where kids explored self care activities. Staff is very friendly and easy to connect with to the point they feel like family. Very clean and tidy you can see a member of the staff every morning moping and doing different cleaning activities. The outdoor space is lovely with a Bugs hotel and a little veggies garden plant by the kids and also very safe. 10/10

My 2-year-old started mid-October and has settled really well. From management to room staff, everyone is so friendly and works so hard to make the kids' days fun. The nursery has a big outdoor area and lots of age-appropriate toys, as well as plenty of activities and creative play inside too. The food always smells amazing and I love seeing what my boy has eaten on the app which is always varied and nutritional. I know he is in great hands here and highly recommend.

My 3-year-old boy started at Bright Horizons recently and I've been so impressed by the level of support and care they offer, not just for kids but parents too. I picked the nursery because it had such a warm feel and the kids seemed genuinely happy and confident. There is loads of space indoors and outside and the meals always seem to be healthy and tasty. Staff are great - managers included - and I really look forward to updates on what the kids have been doing on the app. I viewed loads of nurseries but this one really stood out.

Excellent care is provided in a manner which caters to the individual needs of the child, including organising support when needed for inter-nursery transfer. This includes carefully managed finances, checking in on our toddler and ensuring a smooth transition both as he left and has returned to the Chester nursery. The manager and team - you are amazing.

My daughter is incredibly happy whenever we arrive at this nursery, she loves the staff and always has a great day. So reassuring. Staff are great, very caring and competent - special thanks to the staff in the baby room. Management is also fantastic, very helpful.

I absolutely love this nursery! Location is perfect on sight of work which put me at ease in the early days with my 8-month-old being so close. Both my children have settled in so quickly and never cry going in, they're always so excited to see not only their friends but all the staff, I'm soon forgotten about. All staff have been amazing with my toddler's milk allergy with advice and always giving her lovely meals regardless. Thank you to all the staff for always being so welcoming and giving me the best handovers and advice when I need help with absolutely anything! All the girls are like aunties to my children, you can really tell they love their jobs, the way they talk about the kids just feels like my children are never a burden. I am soon to have my third child who I now know has the perfect nursery to go to when ready, it's so clean and spacious and they're so on it with everything which is why I have no worries.
