We've had such a wonderful experience with Kids Planet Coppull. The staff are kind, patient, and truly care about each child's well-being and development. Our daughter is currently in the baby room and she absolutely loves going in every day. She has grown in confidence, learned so much and she comes home happy. The environment is warm, welcoming, and nurturing, and it's clear that the team put a lot of thought into making each day engaging and fun. We're so grateful to have found such a lovely place for her to learn and grow!

The room staff are absolutely incredible, my little one had been thriving and hitting all of their milestones since joining in July. They're great at keeping you updated and are always happy to respond to messages. They send regular photos and videos of my little one playing and they will let me know when they aren't having the best day either. The only reason I have given 4 stars is there seems to be a few administrative issues at the moment (more due to the transition) and I have had to chase things up a few times. The management staff are always happy to help though and the issues do get resolved quite quickly. Overall my little one is very happy at nursery and I can't recommend Coppull enough!

I was apprehensive and nervous about leaving my baby for the first time at nursery. The staff at kids planet were great with both me and daughter, in reassuring me that they would take good care of her and in making a fuss of her. I love the updates I get on the app, and seeing her enjoying herself and having such a nice time. I'm so happy and content that I picked this nursery and can't thank the staff enough for how they have helped my daughter to settle in.

Absolutely amazing team at Kids Planet Coppull! Rachel, Vicky, Amber and the whole team do such an incredible job. Our daughter, Evie, has settled into nursery life so well thanks to their care, support, and welcoming environment. We couldn't be happier with the way she is thriving here.

Kids planet coppull* Didn't really want to do this as I've used this nursery for nearly 7 years however, the previous provider has recently moved over to a bigger company called kids planet and I wanted to make this post incase anyone else sees the amazing reviews it's gained over the last years and sends their babies there, I wouldn't! I have seen a massive change in the nursery since it changed to this company and their focus is now £ not the children. They have had countless opportunities to rectify issues and haven't so I wanted to put a post on social media to make people aware that it is not the "home from home" it once was. They have been letting my son go without food / little food for months and months now, refused to let me take a pack lunch so I knew he was eating and continued to not offer him any alternatives to the cheap food they're feeding. Staff giving false promises he is coming home literally starving every day.

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery from being 9 months old and I couldn't recommend enough! The nursery has such a lovely, friendly feel about it and straight away I knew my girls would be happy, well looked after and cared for by the amazing staff. My daughter is currently in the toddler room and she is so so excited to go every single day and always goes in without hesitation and comes home with a big smile on her face. My daughter has come along leaps and bounds from learning colours, songs, dances and numbers. We have had exceptional support in toilet training and got given so many useful tips. The nursery goes above and beyond in every aspect and we are so lucky to be a part of it.

My son has attended Kids Planet Coppull since September 2024, and I could not recommend them more! A wonderful nursery, my sons key workers and the wider team feel like family. We receive regular updates and assessments on his progress and he has flourished under their care. I trust them implicitly and I am so grateful for their support in helping to raise my son. I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.

My little girl has attended kids planet in coppull, Chorley since the age of 2. She is about to move to big school this coming September 2025. What can I say.. This nursery has been an absolute godsend for my child. She has received impeccable care throughout her 3.5 years at this nursery. She wouldn't be the smart bubbly and caring little girl she is today without the help of all the staff at kids planet. My daughter is more than ready for her transition into primary school. She has learnt so much in preschool and is working within the top end of her age bracket. Kids planet offer the best care, learning and emotional support a parent could wish for. I highly recommend

Started my oldest when it was early birds in March last year and we have been blown away at his learning and development throughout his time so far. The staff have been amazing with him and have helped him grow and develop. My youngest started march this year and we have had nothing but support from his team. The staff in both babies and toddlers have been amazing and I'm so pleased with my boys. I couldn't recommend a nursery more. Having tried childminders before we were nervous with starting nursery but it was the best decision for us and our boys and I'm so thankful to the staff who look after our boys.

My son has been going to Kids Planet for almost 2 years and absolutely adores it and has done since his first settling in sessions. It's obvious at drop off and pick up how much the staff truly care and adore my son. The care is also uniquely adapted to develop my son's individual personality and build his skills and confidence. As a family we also feel very supported by the staff, especially in the last couple of months with welcoming a new baby. The nursery went above and beyond to make the transition to 4 as easy as possible for all of us with lots of flexibility, extra support for my son, and also offering to drop him off at the car when the baby is fast asleep. The settling itself is slightly on the small side with being a converted house, so don't massive rooms or gardens but I love that as it feels a lot more personal. Kids Planet has also given it a make over recently with lots of new and exciting toys that my son loves.

I had a really terrible experience here and removed my child with immediate effect after just 6 weeks due to a serious incident. Staff lied about the details of the incident when this was 'investigated' by management however they could not give me my deposit back quick enough so I feel this speaks for itself. This nursery was recommended to me however it appears that this nursery may have been good at one point and now gone 'downhill'. My child was never taken outside, there were no activities and my child seemed unsettled most days when I collected him. His 'key worker' only worked one of the 2 days he attended. I did not feel at ease while he was there. The overnight move to Kids Planet was announced a couple of weeks after he started here which again was a worry given no notice & their terrible reputation. This felt underhanded and something we should have been told prior to my child starting. His new nursery is great he goes outside every day, daily activities and is so settled.

It's no wonder this place is so well regarded locally. Our daughter has been here for a year now and I cannot recommend Early Birds enough! From the moment we walked through their doors, I knew she would be in great hands. For me what really makes Early Birds Nursery so special is the love and care that the staff show to each and every child. They go above and beyond to make sure that our children feel safe, loved, and valued, and they work closely with parents to ensure that each child's unique needs are met. Anyone who's had their child in attendance for more than a day will know the work they put in every day to support the children and keep us updated. They even have an App where we get photos of our daughter's day and updates on her progress and activities which help us feel involved in her learning and mean we can extend the learning to our home. If you're looking for a nurturing, supportive, and educational environment for your child, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We moved our son here from a previous nursery that he attended. First impressions at Early Birds were exceptional and I felt at ease leaving my son with the lovely staff while I went to work. As time has progressed, I feel that the staff have an amazing bond with now both of my children. They keep you updated with their every move throughout the day. The staff understand the importance of 'show and tell', as they get to know the children’s lives outside of nursery and encourage parents to send pictures of their child’s weekend or special occasions to tell their friends about and to boost their confidence. I love hearing my son talk so positively about his key workers at home, as they are also important people in his life, helping him grow. He’s now more than ready for school and it’s all down to Early Birds. Thank you. I highly recommend this nursery.

Both of my children have attended Early Birds, I knew it was the right place as soon as we viewed, it felt homely and the staff seemed mature and experienced. My eldest child was still at nursery when we found out our baby would be born with a heart problem, the staff supported us then (even offering extra help for my eldest when he was born and in hospital) and supported us with our youngest child eventually joining nursery. I placed him there because I knew he would be cared for the way he needed to be and I could be assured that he was safe. Since attending he has caught up on all his milestones and is becoming a confident little man. I would recommend Early Birds to anyone, they are like a family to us now.

Early Birds is a wonderful nursery and provides an exceptional level of care, education, and support to our daughter. I really do feel that the staff go above and beyond to ensure that our daughter feels safe, loved, and valued. As an ex-teacher I can assure you from my conversations with the staff and watching their interactions with the children, they are all well-trained and you can feel how much they care for the children and their learning as soon as you walk through the door. The staff give us regular updates on our daughter's academic progress and her day-to-day activities and the pictures on the App are fab and often get me through my workday with a smile on my face. I guarantee you won't find this level of communication, support and involvement elsewhere.

My daughter started at Early Birds in September last year. She was 13 months old and had no interest in eating solid foods and had shown no signs of pulling herself up to stand or walk. The staff have been absolutely amazing, working with her week after week and coming up with new ideas to help her develop. She absolutely loves going to nursery and you can truly see that this isn’t just a job to the staff. They really do care about the children and look after them as if they were their own!

My daughter has been coming to Early Birds since she was 3 months old and they always go above and beyond. Her development is second to none which I think is purely down to Early Birds and the staff. Highly recommended.

My daughter has attended the nursery for 2 years now and will be there right up to school. My son will also be starting later this year. As a parent especially with your first child it can be so scary leaving your child in someone else’s care but from the very first day all the staff have gone out of their way to put my mind at ease and gone above and beyond to help my daughter learn and grow. My daughter loves this nursery it’s like a home away from home. There isn’t a single aspect of the nursery that I can fault from the meals they provide up to the level of care and compassion. I cannot recommend Early Birds enough!

My son started here in January and he’s a bit delayed in his speech but he’s come on loads already since starting. The staff are all amazing and very supportive. In the short space of time my son has settled in well and is happy to go to nursery he gets excited when he sees the building and has made good relationships with staff and his peers. I cannot fault the nursery and would highly recommend

My daughter has attended the nursery for 2 years now and will be there right up to school. My son will also be starting later this year.
