Our daughter enjoys nursery and has a good relationship with the teachers and her peers. We feel the learning aspect has improved recently and is preparing her well for school. We feel communication with parents could be better.

Our daughter has had an excellent start to her time at Partou. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and have created a very calm learning environment for the children. Day to day communication both through the app and with the staff in person has been great, which immediately settled any early
anxieties with her starting nursery. They've quickly attuned to our daughter's likes and dislikes, recognising her love for singing, dancing and books early on. She's very happy there

Our baby has been with Partou since he was 6 months old and he loves it as much as the staff seem to love having him. The facilities, activities, care, and food are great. Our boy is developing very well and Partou have had a large part to play. We couldn't be happier with the nursery and in
particular the super team (I don't want to name any for fear of missing anyone off the list).

We are still in the first month of nursery for our daughter, and she is proving quite slow to adapt, however we're so happy with the service, care and effort being shown by the team at Turney Road. The space is so welcoming, and the team are always so positive in the morning which really helps with
the challenge of handover. We're already starting to see improvement's in Ettas enjoyment of nursery, in no small part due to effort from the nursery team.

Excellent, patient and kind staff who create a lovely atmosphere!
The food is fresh and they get outdoors everyday. In classroom activities are diverse and each morning at drop off I see something new and fun being at. Whippersnappers on a wednesday is a highlight too!

From the very first settling-in sessions, the staff have been exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and welcoming, and they genuinely go above and beyond. They made my son's transition into nursery so smooth and reassuring, which gave us great peace of mind as parents. Our son is
happy, settled, and excited to go to nursery every day. The environment is warm, nurturing, and supportive, and it's clear that the staff truly care about each child's wellbeing and development. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

Lovely nursery - wvery member of staff knows every child by name, knows what they've been up to, whether they have allergies and what's going on in their lives more broadly. So far we've seen minimal staff turnover and our little one has settled well. Highly recommend.

Partou Turney Road is a lovely nursery and our child loves every day. The staff are the driving force - caring, friendly, consistent and committed to high standards. We're very happy with the nursery.

Our daughter is having a fabulous time at this nursery. She settled in really quickly, and made a really strong bond with her key person. There are always lots of fun activities planned and plenty of time to go outside and play. I love the fact the nursery is really flexible around the child too.
They're happy to try to accommodate different nap schedules and give lots of support to babies who find it hard to get to sleep. A really warm, lovely environment.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 18 months and has thrived. I feel confident that she is having a great time while there, that she is being looked after by people who care, and that she is learning and growing at the same time. They have helped her through big events such as a new sibling and
toilet training and I am constantly amazed by the things she has learnt while there.

The management team are super friendly and welcoming at Turney Road. They are also quick to respond via email if necessary. In addition, our child's key worker is fantastic - always positive, caring and thinking of new ways for them to develop.

Turney Road is a wonderful nursery. The staff are dedicated, attentive and know the children as individuals. The setting is well laid out with lots of character and different areas for the children to investigate. The garden is carefully designed with climbing, water and sand play and planting
opportunities. The size is really nice, lots of different playmates, but not too many children in each space. There are music and French classes on some days too. Safeguarding and learning is excellent. I feel very lucky to have had two children attend Turney Road!

Both of my daughters have been attending Partou Turney Road and we had an amazing journey over these past seven years. The manager is the most caring practitioner we have ever met.

Our older daughter has been attending since September 2023 and is very happy here. The staff are kind and caring and they all know the children well, even if they work in a different room. The activities are great and varied, the children have been gardening and doing woodwork to name a few. Our
younger daughter is doing settling-in sessions and they are going well, in particular, the staff have always made an effort to say hello and interact with our younger daughter when doing pick up and drop off of our older daughter.

Love everything about this nursery, especially the amazing staff! My boy loves it there and looks forward to going every day, he even wants to go on the weekends. He has thrived and grown in confidence so quickly which we are really pleased about given he was a Covid baby but the nursery staff took
great care to help him settle from day one. Definitely recommend.

We've had 2 children at the nursery over the past 4 years. Both have thrived in the small nurturing environment and have been happy to go in every day. Our youngest child is sadly now in his last few months at the nursery before school, having been there since turning 1 and we will really miss the
lovely staff.
The nursery really recognises the individuality and interests of each child and our son has been happy to engage in lots of gardening and cooking. In the preschool room this year, our son has made great progress in his numeracy, letter recognition and writing, and the nursery seems to have done this with lots of fun enjoyable activities, rather than anything that seems too academic and pressured. The space they have is lovely - our son especially loves the garden, and the food they eat every day sounds delicious!
Overall very happy with our choice of nursery for our kid's early years - thank you!

Lovely nursery, caring staff, who know the children really well. I have had two kids here, my youngest daughter has been there since she was 9 months old, and is happy to go in every morning! The manager is always smiling and knows every child, key person is lovely and does review meeting which
discusses my daughter’s development and shares really sweet photo updates of her at nursery regularly, and every staff seems to know her really well whichever room they are in. You can tell they put a lot of effort in making the nursery feel warm and like a home away from home for the kids. When Grandad picks up my daughter, the staff always go the extra mile to help him. Overall wonderful nursery and we are very happy!

The Nursery has shown a great deal of improvement in the last 6-9 months under the direction of the newly installed senior management.
Our children have developed well during this time and we appreciate the communication channels used in person upon daily drop-off/collection and via the reports
that are sent out.
Our children have different characters and interests and the staff work well to obtain feedback from us and the kids to help them develop with their core interests featured as well as proactively creating well-structured and thought-out learning environments for them to learn.
Overall we are very pleased with how the children are developing and we thank the staff for all their professionalism and support throughout.

The staff and the manager in Turney Road are the most lovely, caring teachers I ever met. I left in their carers both of my daughters, and I would do it 100 times again.
