I collect my granddaughter once a week, and every time I am so impressed with the outstanding care and friendliness of the team. They really are a second family and nothing is too much trouble. The variety of activities my granddaughter experiences is amazing and she learns so much. We couldn't wish for a happier and more nurturing environment.

I cannot speak highly enough about this nursery, from education to food to behaviour, management to the team and management of the nursery. My first son finished a year ago and as one former mother told me, he was very well prepared for primary school and has gone on to excel there! The food cooked onsite by the chefs is incredibly varied and balanced, meaning kids develop a broad palette and enjoy food - I often wish I had their lunches! Staff are well-trained and compassionate, supporting the children to both develop cognitively and manage their emotional journey. Five years on (in our experience) vast majority of the team is the same, providing great continuity for the kids. A testament to the senior nursery manager, her management team and each individual staff member! Our eldest has formed solid friendships that have continued with him at school. And he continues to enjoy visiting/reconnecting with staff when we pick up his little brother. This truly is a wonderful, nurturing and caring nursery.

Amazing management and staff! Our son is very happy at the nursery. Children are treated with care and love, and the staff is also very respectful of parents’ needs. Overall a great experience and a very professional service!

From the moment my daughter stepped through the door, she has been met with warmth, care, and professionalism that exceeded my expectations. The team at Bright Horizons East Greenwich Day Nursery truly goes above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where children thrive. They foster not just learning, but also a sense of belonging and happiness. The facilities are exceptional, providing a safe and stimulating space for children to explore and grow. The creative and educational activities offered are tailored to ensure that learning is both fun and meaningful. Moreover, the communication between the nursery and parents is outstanding. I always feel informed about my daughter's progress. Thank you to the incredible team at Bright Horizons East Greenwich Day Nursery for everything you do!

This is a wonderful nursery where staff and management are fully committed to the well-being of children. They know every child by name and ensure that their needs are met above and beyond. My daughter loves going to nursery every morning and we are always welcomed with a smile. The food is also great and all the kids adore and know the chef! Management is super responsive to any comment/ feedback and always friendly and approachable. The manager does a stupendous job and has created a family atmosphere where everyone helps and supports each other and parents are involved too. Additional activities include theatre and football lessons which my little one enjoys a lot and most recently the new nursery pet! We love it here and my little one has been at nursery since she was 10 months and now is nearly 4!

We cannot be more grateful for the care and dedication that the Bright Horizons team shows every day. Our little one bursts with excitement every morning when it is time to go and see all their friends, leaving us feeling confident that she could not be happier anywhere else. We also believe that all the daily activities we see pictures of have helped advance her development significantly and the food menu is a dream! Thank you, Bright Horizons team for making us feel part of a great community!

The wonderful staff absolutely make this nursery. They are all so warm friendly and caring, from the managers to the room staff to the chef. Every morning my daughter is welcomed with a huge smile/hug / “hello” and their genuine interest in her arriving at the nursery makes dropping her at the nursery as easy as it can be. She is always happy to go and happy when she comes out, there have been a few tears when moving rooms but this was mainly due to the close bond she formed with different key carers who we still see regularly. The manager is extremely approachable and has always made me feel completely reassured with any query or concern I’ve had over the years and it’s evident her primary concern is the care and happiness of the children. Overall we are very happy with our daughter being here and leave her safe in the knowledge that she is being well looked after by people who genuinely care.

A wonderful nursery! The staff are extremely kind and caring and go above and beyond to ensure that the needs of the children are met. My child has additional needs and every effort has been made to ensure her happiness and facilitate her development. She has a very special key person. Wonderful caring staff, our child has loved every day since baby room to toddler 2 where he is now. He has learned so much through all the many activities the staff plans, and clearly loves the carers and the whole staff. We are very happy with the food, the education and the happy spirit of the nursery. Would definitely recommend it.

I was very nervous about sending my 1-year-old to a nursery for the first time but this nursery exceeded my expectations. They supported my son and myself as he settled in and I've watched him flourish. He has been there for one year now and I can see how comfortable and happy he is with the staff and the nursery. They really try to be part of your family and go above and beyond to help in difficult times. The nursery nurses and management really care about the children and that was the main thing for me, that he would be happy and taken care of. I feel very lucky I found this nursery with the people working there. Would highly recommend.

This nursery is so good that we moved to be closer to it as we don't see ourselves changing nurseries until the time for school comes, which is more than 2 years away. My daughter has been there for a year and a half and loves every day of it, often to the point where the moment she sees the nursery door she impatiently tries to get out of the pushchair and enter this world of fun (especially a lot of messy play). It is a very caring and nurturing environment with high standards where staff really do care about the kids' development and really focus on that. Their chef is very good too, we always finish our food and often ask for more. We've had three assigned carers for our daughter as she moved from one room to another and the transition has always been smooth with some tears for missing our prior carers whom we still see and spend time with. All the staff are just superb, the manager and her deputy are also to be mentioned, always available to help with anything. 11 out of 10!

What an absolutely lovely nursery. The staff so clearly care about my children. My kids started in the baby room and it’s really the people that make it great. My baby doesn’t even look back when I drop him off and my daughter cannot wait to go every day. It might not have the largest outdoor play area, but they are right next to the local park and also do other outings as well. My daughter was so happy in the outdoor space - we forget they are only tiny and don’t need massive areas to have fun. On site chef meant that my daughter’s allergies were catered for and not having to schlep nappies in every day made life much easier. On that note, when my daughter was potty training they were so supportive with the method I chose. There’s a lot of choice around the area but it was my first choice and my kids have absolutely flourished here.

As my daughter finishes up the happiest two years at Bright Horizons, I thought I'd write a review. We have not had a single thing we could possibly question or complain about in the past 2 years. The staff are wonderful and quickly become a second family. They are caring, friendly, passionate and motivated and always want the best for the children. My daughter has happily gone into nursery every day and is off to school as a well-rounded, confident, intelligent young girl mostly thanks to her wonderful key workers. Special mention has got to go to the manager and the chef. My daughter's eyes light up when she sees them and they are the kindest people you will meet. If you are deliberating sending your child here, do not hesitate, it was the best decision we ever made.

We love this nursery. Regular updates on the app about day to day activities, sleep times, milk and food intake etc is really useful. Updates on my child’s development via the app is also really nice to see, as you don’t often have time to ask during drop off/pick up. The staff take photos throughout the day, which is really lovely to see. Our keyworker is really helpful and my child loves her. He always goes to and leaves nursery with the biggest smile.

Our 19-month-old daughter has been going since she was almost six months old. The nursery has excellent and lovely staff (who she adores) and she has a great mix of different activities and a varied day. She always eats everything (!) and we are happy with the menus and balanced food offered. We have both been really impressed with the response to COVID and how the nursery has handled it. All in all, we’re so happy with the nursery and how much our daughter loves going (runs in every day with a huge smile).

We have had two children at the nursery, both starting in baby care and going all the way through to finishing preschool. Both of our children have loved going to nursery and have always been very happy there. They come home talking about their day's activities, meals and their friends. The staff have always been kind, caring and supportive and nurture close relationships with the children to help them feel secure.

Both my kids attended East Greenwich nursery, my son 5 years ago and now my daughter just graduated and she is starting big school in September. She started there when she was 13 months old, has been full time since and I just cannot believe how quick time went. She has come a long way academically after having spent about 5 months at home with full time working parents, nursery has been so supportive and prepped her well for school. But most importantly, every morning she skips and sings when we are walking to nursery, she spent most of last 3 years there and she loved it!

The preschool is absolutely superb, It has trained our son and made him school ready from an academic perspective. The staff are extremely caring and will always communicate regarding our son's progress. We highly recommend this nursery!

Nursery staff and management are professional and caring. There are high standards of cleanliness and hygiene which have meant minimal disruption despite Covid. Our daughter loves attending the nursery and her learning and development have been greatly enhanced by being there.

Cannot say enough about how lovely the staff are here. My child is so happy to go there every day. With special dietary needs I know it’s not easy but the chef and staff all look after her so well. She talks about them all the time and it’s so wonderful to see what a bond they all have with her.
