We have been attending this nursery since November, and I honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. My son truly enjoys coming here, which means everything to us as parents. The staff are absolutely amazing - caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children.
He especially loves the
classes, with yoga and baking being his clear favourites. Every day when I pick him up, he is smiling, full of excitement, and eager to tell me all about what he did and learned that day. Seeing him so happy and confident reassures me that he is in a wonderful, nurturing environment.
I'm very grateful for all the care and effort the team puts into making this nursery such a positive place for children to grow and thrive.

We have been very pleased with our son's start to life at Bright Horizons. From our initial meetings with Management in September and the lead into settling in sessions, we have truly been impressed with the level of support and care that our son has been shown. All the pre school and support staff
have been warm and welcoming. Its a testament that we anticipated a tricky settling in, but our son has been made to feel part of the preschool group.

Our son has been at the nursery for about 6 months, starting in baby room and is moving into toddlers. He absolutely loves it! The staff are so kind and friendly. We were put at ease from the beginning and the regular updates on the app are so useful to check in and see what he's up to. It has been
lovely to see his language grow and how he joyful talks about his friends. There is a great range of toys and activities, from the garden to painting and visiting entertainment. It is a lovely warm environment, nurturing to every child's needs.I highly recommend the nursery!

2 out of 3 of my children attend Sutton Bright Horizons and have done since they were 8 months, they are now 4 and 18 months, so to say I am happy with the care would be an understatement. The care, love, activities, yummy food and warmth they provide is wonderful and my boys are so happy to attend
each day.
They are both so bright and that is thanks to the hard work put in by the amazing staff. Honestly the most wonderful team.

My eldest started in 2022, being a first time mother I was anxious and dubious about how our nursery journey would be, especially after hearing such horror stories around the world. However, my son soon became completely attached to his lovely practioners who he still adores to this day. My son felt
safe, comfortable and genuinely had a great day each day. On each 'holiday', my son would come home with thoughtful handmade gifts that I still have to this day as memories. We now have our second child attending and as expected, he's also just as happy. The app is also brilliant as I love keeping tabs on them during the day to see how they're eating and what they've been up to. 100% recommend to any families out there.

My daughter started with the nursery at 11 months old and has thrived during her time there. Despite her nervous start, she absolutely loves going now, and her confidence, social skills and key life skills are constantly improving. I especially love the family-style meal times and that each child is
given the opportunity to choose activities they feel most comfortable with.
I feel especially reassured that at every pick up, her key worker, or a member of staff in her room will give an update on her day including any key highs / lows specific to her.
All of the staff are consistent friendly to both parents and children.

My son has been attending this nursery for a year now and I am beyond happy with how things have been. Communication is great, the atmosphere is friendly. He is not the most confident at times and they have really bought him out of his shell. I love the updates we receive and range of activities he
partakes in. They picked up that his speech was slightly behind and referred him for help, which in the end was not needed as he improved with their assistance before the referral appointment was due. They spend as much time outside as possible which I absolutely love. I am very happy with our experience and would recommend this nursery (and have done so) to others.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Sutton highly enough. From day one (started in Feb 2024) the staff have been professional, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the best care for my child. My now 2-year-old has some feeding difficulties, which can be quite challenging, but the team has been
nothing short of amazing in handling this with patience, understanding, and skill. Their support has made such a difference, and I truly appreciate their efforts in making me feel confident that he's in the best hands.
Beyond the care they provide, I am amazed at how much my child is learning. He comes home with new skills, whether it's language development, doing better with his meals, or social interactions. They focus on both education and play in a way that truly engages children.
Communication is very good, I always feel informed about my child's day, progress, and any challenges.
I'm honestly so grateful for everything they do and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other parents.

We are really happy for sending our daughter to bright horizon Sutton. She's being going there since 2022. The staff there is really friendly, professional and helpful. They have always supported and helped whenever there is a need. If I can I would send there my kid for another year.

Our 1 year old daughter started at Bright Horizons in Sutton in January, and we've been so happy with everything so far. The staff have been brilliant with helping her to get settled.
I feel confident that I'm leaving her in safe hands and have enjoyed seeing the bond she's building with staff -
who clearly show a lot of care and attention towards her.
We get regular updates when we pick her up, but are also kept up-to-date on things such as her feeding and sleeping habits via their app throughout the day. They also share photos at the end of each week, which we love as we get a little insight into our daughter's day at nursery!
We've also seen great progress in both her language skills and eating a wider variety of foods.
We chose Bright Horizons due the fab first impression we got during our introductory visit - we felt they offered the right mix of being warm, playful and friendly, in a clean, safe and professional environment. And they have absolutely lived up to this!

My daughter started nursery from May, we were worried how she would settle, luckily she settled smoothly, all credit goes to all the staff. All the staff were so helpful during her transition period, we are really grateful to everyone for their tremendous support.

We have two children at this nursery, a 4-year-old and an 18-month-old. Both children absolutely love their time at nursery.
Our eldest has been there since she turned 1 and has made some lovely friends and she continues to learn academically as well as developing her confidence in herself and
engaging with peers.
Our youngest has settled really nicely over the past six months. The girls in the baby room are wonderful with him and he clearly loves playing with them and learning to sing and sign and play in the garden.
They both enjoy the food too and the staff have always been great with any additional things we've had to ask, like dealing with medication or food sensitivity.

Our daughter has been here six weeks now and we have found the staff and facilities to be superb, so much so, that we have put her in an extra day each week. Thank you to the manager and the team in the baby room.

Not been a good experience in this nursery which is a shame. I started my son here after moving to the area. The nursery he used to go to where we lived before was much better. I had to move my son to another nursery due to our poor experience here. Some staff are okay but not all, generally they
are not proactive. Often at drop-offs and pick-ups, you find a lot of children with 2 staff (not the ratios they tell you). The menu isn't great either. The manager seemed nice however I still do not recommend this place. There are much better nurseries in the area and most of them don't charge as much as this place.

My elder child moved to this nursery during the pandemic and I was very worried about handing him over at the door. The staff were incredible and he settled in very quickly and formed strong bonds with the staff and other children. My youngest started here soon after and as a pandemic baby he’s much
less confident around new people but again the staff were wonderful with him and he soon looked forward to going. He will move to school after three happy years here and I couldn’t be more grateful to the women who have looked after him. The range of activities they offer is outstanding - I would love to do yoga and crafts every day! - and the enthusiasm of the teachers is never-ending. The food has been a particular highlight as they are exposed to a wide range of home-cooked meals and are quite happy to eat lentils, “weird” vegetables, and stronger flavours. The facilities used to be a bit old and tired but the new refurb is much better.

We were incredibly lucky to find this nursery when we moved to Sutton area in 2021 and our daughter was only 11 months old. She stayed from babies to pre-school (she's currently in pre-school) and we saw her growing happily at this nursery. The room staff are amazing and offers a variety of
activities to engage children of all ages. Children receive constant stimulus, appropriate to their development stage and individual traits. The management is like family to us, always responding to our questions or needs with dedication and flexibility. It's clear that the entire staff care a great deal about the safety and well-being of each child. They are loving and professional. They regularly monitor and communicate children's progress to parents. Indeed, we've already registered our second baby there!

We moved to this nursery in November 2023 after moving to the area. Our old nursery was another well-known nursery big name and we had a dreadful time there. We honestly assumed it was just part of the nursery experience. How wrong we were.
Our daughter has serious allergies and some very niche
food requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for the chef and how delightful to find that the whole nursery is egg and nut-free and all the desserts are vegan as standard. Our daughter's health has improved dramatically since coming here, the staff are excellent at adding little notes via the app so we know what she's eaten every day, they just understand that we are in a constant state of anxiety about food and these small acts can change this hugely.
We get daily updates with pictures and activities laid out well in advance. Our daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since coming here and is even sleeping better.
The staff and managers are incredible and I will shout it to everyone I meet!

We are very please and extremely happy on our son’s development and progress. Our son has learned a lot from when he started in the nursery to present. Staff and management are always helpful. We highly recommend the nursery.

My child loves their time at Nursery. The room staff are absolutely brilliant and are imaginative with the wonderful range of activities they undertake, including cooking and brilliant immersive days. The management team are equally fantastic, responding quickly to communications and helping to
support key milestones such as potty training and new siblings etc. It was important to me that a nursery offers a separate sleeping area and this is one of the few locally that has this facility. I love the fact that the food is prepared onsite. The menus are great and are flexible to different dietary needs. My child absolutely loves their meals at nursery. I couldn’t recommend it more.

My little girl has attended Bright Horizons Sutton Day Nursery and Preschool since she was 8 months old, starting during the pandemic and from the beginning, they have been amazing at settling her and meeting her needs. She quickly became comfortable, which helped ease any worries and anxiety that
we had as parents. She has an amazing bond with all members of staff, especially her key worker. They consistently keep us updated with her development and work with us to ensure progress is maintained. They have been particularly great in helping to support her additional needs with the support of the nursery Senco and working along outside agencies to create a plan that works for her individual needs. Overall, we are very happy with Bright Horizons and would highly recommend them.
