Both of my daughters have attended this nursery since they were 1 y/o, and we've had a truly fantastic experience. My eldest started in 2022, and my youngest joined in 2024. As we now say goodbye, I want to express how grateful we are for the care and support our girls received. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely nuturing. We always felt informed with open and friendly communication. If you're looking for a nursery where your child will be truly seen, supported and loved, this is the place.

My 9month old has just started and I was very nervous for her this time around as she's started much younger than my eldest but I have to say the girls have all been amazing and they said all she does is smile, which makes me so much happier to have her in there The girls all work so hard , you all must be exhausted but I appreciate everything you've done for her

The staff in Bright Horizons Basildon Day Nursery and Preschool created a very friendly and stimulating environment for little ones to grow and develop. My daughter joined this preschool one year ago as a shy little girl worried about social interactions. Today is her last day and she is walking out as a confident person who created beautiful friendships and memories. I truly believe this preschool gave her wings and now she is ready to fly. I can't thank them enough for that.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons enough, my children are so happy to attend here and have received the best care. They have attended this nursery since toddlers and at each stage of their development, they have received help to a great standard. They keep things interesting for the children regularly and always have their best interests at heart. I’m given full daily reports on collection if I ask and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, my girls love it here.

All staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for the children and families. So pleased we swapped the nursery for my child. My child’s always happy and excited to go to the nursery to see her friends and teachers.

When I moved to the area most of my anxiety surrounded on finding a nursery that my son could smoothly settle in from his last nursery. From the moment I walked in and was given a tour, I was put very much at ease and was so happy with the facility and the provisions given. This nursery is a safe space for my son and he loves coming here so much. It's like his extended family. He looks forward to seeing his teachers and his friends and I am so happy with his development in the setting. He has really learnt so much and developed so well. As a working mum in the city, I can really appreciate them being the extra hands I need during his day. My son will soon be off to preschool which will be a major change but I appreciate all the plans the nursery has put in place to make it a smooth transition. My youngest son is set to join the nursery later this year and I feel so lucky and at peace to have gotten a space as this is one of the best nurseries in the area.

My daughter has been at this nursery for almost 16 months, and she absolutely loves it. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter started in the baby room and has been through the toddler room into the nursery room. She has been so well supported in each room, and through the transitions, and she's come on so much in terms of her development and speech. Each day my daughter has such a busy day doing loads of fun and creative activities, and it's lovely to receive photo updates through the app. Thank you to all the staff at Basildon Bright Horizons!

The nursery has been outstanding throughout my child’s time with them. She has been with them for 9 months and has developed the skills necessary to give her a great head start in school all whilst enjoying her time and making some great friends. The staff have been brilliant throughout and always go above and beyond.

My daughter has enjoyed every part of coming to the nursery for 3 years. She has made good friends and learned a lot since coming. She has always loved every teacher she has had. They do lots of lovely activities.

All staff are very welcoming, the little one comes home happy, smiling, and with plenty of stories every day. She has also gained so much confidence I'm her writing, ready, and speaking thanks to what she's been learning at pre-school.

I love bright horizons and so do my daughters. They have been here since they were two. The team is so friendly, they genuinely care and our daughters have progressed so much. We recommend Bright Horizons to anyone.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to preschool here. She has come up through 3 of the 4 rooms and has always settled in brilliantly. We have had some ups and downs with my daughter through illnesses and trips to hospital and the team here have always looked after her brilliantly and been very supportive. She is thriving here and enjoys every day she comes.

Great nursery and the staff always have a smile on their face and are very friendly and professional. They try as much to cater for the children's needs. My daughter does well when I take her out with other family and friends kids, and this is due to what she is being taught at nursery.

Had a really great experience with Bright Horizon overall. My daughter is happy, and we have noticed a great deal of improvement in so many areas! She is well supported, and all members of staff are helpful and empathic towards both my daughter as an individual and us as a family!

The staff in the toddler room are brilliant, thank you, you can’t fault them. The reception staff and the rest of the staff are very good too and everyone is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My child has come on such a long way since starting at nursery and it’s thanks to everyone at the nursery.

We have had two boys go through the nursery with our youngest now leaving for school. We are so pleased we picked here. The staff have felt like family, both boys have thoroughly enjoyed their time and have thrived being there. We couldn’t have asked for a better nursery experience.

Best nursery in Basildon. Since we are going to school this year, I really want to thank all members of staff in this lovely nursery. They are professionals in their field. They spend time in a lot of interesting activities with children, which very helps kids to learn, explore, become confident and develop their skills. Also to be prepared for school. They come up with many different educational games for children. Thank you for teaching them to be friends and respect each other, to create and fantasize, to appreciate beauty, to be honest, kind and caring. We are so proud of our child's achievements. Always nice to see crafts made at daycare, and our child always repeats what they did in the nursery with interest at home. The team treats each child with attention and care. I can only be glad for my child. And in general, feel that there is a very friendly and well-coordinated, experienced specialist team working in this daycare.

My son goes to this nursery while I work. He loves it. He has learnt so much and really brought him out his shell. Fantastic staff. Really friendly and welcoming. Will be bringing my next child here when I go back to work after my maternity. Thank you.

The staff in the toddler room are brilliant, thank you, you can’t fault them. The reception staff and the rest of the staff are very good too and everyone is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
