I cannot thank Earlybirds enough. My son has settled in really well and enjoys his time there The staff are really lovely and are always giving me updates when I arrive to pick him up. The staff are really friendly!

I want to say a big thank to all the staff of Earlybirds daycare nursery for their amazing effort. since my daughter started her pre school, there has been a lot of improvement in her learning. thank you so much for taking good care of her.

My little boy has becoming to nursery since January 2025 and he absolutely loves it! His confidence since starting to now has grown and he's grown so much! The staff are fantastic and reassure you throughout the day via the app with photos and comments, handovers are always well received.. a fabulous nursery all round

Both my children are currently here, my eldest since he was 9 months, now 2.5 and youngest since she was 11 months now 18 months. All the staff care know the kids inside and out even if they don't always work in their rooms, manager Claire goes above and beyond knowing each child which gives the nursery a real family feel. Both children love going and have strong bonds with the staff. Handovers at pick up are always detailed and never feel rushed out. Staff always listen to our wants and needs, eg nap times, dummy, potty training etc. The building and rooms are a little dated however I'd much rather send my kids here than a big chain with a large number of children and feel far less family oriented. My little boy can be a fussy eater but always finishes dinners here & a lot of the time getting 2nds, real hearty meals! Since my little boy went into toddlers he's come on so much as they do themed weeks learning different topics. Highly recommend!

Brilliant nursery my child has come on leaps and bounds since being at early birds couldn't of asked for a better nursery, all the staff are lovely and very friendly. My child loves going to nursery and looks forward to playing with her friends.

My son attends early birds nursery and he's currently in baby room he has been going there since been 10 months old and I can say he absolutely loves it never looks back when I'm leaving, and just runs to girls and they always happy to see him just as he is to see them. Girls in baby room are absolutely amazing and supportive with my son. They have an amazing bond with my son which is very Important to me I love seeing how caring and loving they are with him and how he is with them back. He's always well looked after and supported with any milestones that he's hitting or needs any help with. Nursery has also supported me and my partner with the hours that we need for our son and the days and been flexible with us which were grateful for. Overoll place is amazing and highly recommended it for any family that needs childcare.

My daughter attended Earlybirds Daycare from 2021-2023 and absolutely loved it. My son has recently started and also loves Earlybirds, he settled straight in and is always happy and playing. Staff are friendly and really good with the children!

Both my children have attended Earlybirds, my daughter from 18 months and my son from just 7 months. Both have absolutely loved it and my daughter gets excited to return now for holiday club. The staff are fantastic and it is abundantly clear how much they care for each individual child and while each child has a key worker all the staff know all the children so well. It really feels like one big family. Updates at the end of each setting are clear and thorough and it's great to get periodic photographic updates through the week via the app. The main thing for me has always been that my kids are safe, well fed, healthy and happy and Earlybirds delivers this and so much more.

My son has been with early birds since 2022. They have been nothing but accommodating professional and overall have given him the best nursery experience I could've wished for before he journeys into mainstream school. Early birds is welcoming, the staff are amazing and being a shift worker for the emergency services they have always gone above and beyond to provide assistance when needed. I couldn't recommend early birds enough to anyone looking to place a child into nursery. He always comes home full of joy and can't wait to tell me about the day he's had.

My little one absolutely loves school (as she calls it), has made lots of friends and is very fond of the staff. We have always found the staff to be approachable, helpful and committed to needs. She loves the food choices and often comes home singing the songs and telling us stories of who she has played with that day and what they have done. She also loves bringing the arts and crafts she makes at school home to show us. They go in her memory box. The 7am early start is extremely helpful and has been a great assistance to us as we start work early.The tapestry updates are great but I would like to see more often updates. This is absolutely not a criticism, just my own personal preference. I understand that wraparound isn't available for school nursery however I would just like to confirm that we would use this service if it was available. Again, no criticism intended. Thank you so much for giving my little one a lovely, warm and thriving start to her education journey.

We have used Earlybirds for around 2 years. My child is always well cared for and a clear handover given at the end of the day. The staff are lovely. They clearly all care for children and that shows. My child is happy and thriving - thank you! My only improvement would be more use of online updates from their nominated service - the app - as updates are rarely added to this. If this was utilised more, events would not he missed, such as pyjama day for children in need. A number of children were upset at drop off that they didn't have theirs on like others.

My little boy loves going here! The nursery is welcoming and friendly, all the staff are lovely and my little one can't wait to get in the door each morning. They have so much to do and plenty to play with, my little boy has so much more confidence since starting here, his speech, counting and ability to express feelings has improved so much. Would highly recommend this nursery setting to anyone.

Great nursery, both my children have attended this nursery, both absolutely loved it and never had any issues. The staff and excellent and accommodating. The communication between staff and parents is excellent and any queries are resolved quickly.

My son has been attending Early Birds Nursery since January 2025 and he loves it, he is very eager to go. All the ladies that work there are lovely and very friendly, the admin lady is lovely too and has been very helpful with any queries I have had. The setting is a very caring one and has a good range of pre school toys and they have a good structure to children learning. My son has developed so much since joining this nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

The nursery has been very helpful with behaviour techniques while going through the adhd referral. Very good with communication and feel like they have helped bring him along with speech. The staff are nice and friendly.

My son has Autism and I was anxious about putting him in wraparound care. He was allowed to attend settling-in sessions and I was happy the staff understood the nature of his needs. He settled after a rocky couple of weeks. The staff themselves were great with my son and provided clear feedback about his day at collection. Almost 8 months after his time there, an incident occurred (clearly linked with his disability). The Directors, who do not actually work with my son and are based on a different site, decided to terminate the contract with just 2 weeks' notice. This was despite the fact that I had met with the manager to agree on some changes which would prevent the same issue from happening again. There was no attempt to allow reasonable adjustments I had agreed to take effect or to speak to me directly. They have since ignored my emails requesting a meeting line with their own complaints policy. Great staff at the actual site but awful behaviour from the Directors.

My daughter has been cared for by Earlybirds Nursery since the age of 2. From the first initial visit, I was extremely impressed with not only the staff at the nursery but the content of the activities provided whilst she was being cared for. As my daughter has aged, her care naturally decreased due to being in full-time school but Earlybirds accommodated pick-ups from school accordingly. I have been extremely impressed with the childcare my daughter has received and would recommend Earlybirds to anyone.

All of my 3 children have attended Earlybirds over the last 15 years, and to put in a rating of excellent certainly does not justify how exceptional and amazing they really are because I really cannot praise all the staff enough for the time and care they have given to my boys during their time there. They are by far the best childcare provider around, my boys and myself will miss you all massively thanks again for your support.

My daughter loves her time at Earlybirds and is supported in her learning at all times. She is well looked after and the staff are excellent. Earlybirds have been supportive in following both my term-time work and my husband's shift patterns. I would definitely recommend them.
