The nursery and staff have been amazing! The care and devotion the staff give to the children is beautiful. We were always updated on our child's progress in person and through the app. The nursery facilities are top notch and we are so grateful that our child was able to spend time learning and growing here. Thank you for everything!

My son has really loved going here from the get go, the staff are just amazing and offer quality care and attention to the kids. The food is really good and freshly prepared catering to different dietary requirements. I'm really happy my son's early years was in this nursery, couldn't recommend it enough.

Bright horizons quayside have now looked after both of our children for a total of 6 years - and from the moment we dropped our eldest child to them back in June 2019, until the day we picked up our youngest in August 2025, we could not have asked for more care, love, support and kindness from all of the staff we have encountered there. Every room our children have moved into at the nursery as they've grown older has been equally as high a standard as the one before - our children have come home happy, well fed, stimulated, and full of the joys of nursery throughout their time there. We have loved this chapter of our children's lives and cannot thank you all enough for all that you have done - both children have left the nursery so ready to start school in all respects - and that's thanks to all that the bright horizons team have done to help us shape them into the children they now are. Thank you really doesn't seem enough.

I never thought my daughter's last day at Brighton Horizons would be so emotional, however when we brought her here 3 years ago as a bald infant who could barely talk, I could have never imagined the young lady she has grown into today and that's very much influenced by the staff at this nursery. I'd like to thank all the staff, past and present, for their efforts and professionalism during the last 3 years and will hold these memories in my heart for a life time. My daughter will probably never understand what she learnt here but she has grown into quite a character and she will certainly miss sharing her life experience with the staff. My son has been coming to this nursery for roughly 6 months, he has settled in really well! I was initially reserved about moving him as he would be starting in the preschool room but he has really found himself and thrived. This setting has also accommodated everything we need and offers a kind and caring environment with a staff team which is caring, kind and there for the children.

Thank you so much for looking after my little boy since he was 9 months old up to 4 years. He is an introverted soul, but I feel he has been well-supported, cared for and encouraged to gradually grow in confidence by all staff that have helped to look after him during his time at Quayside. Thank you for all you have done for him.

All staff at Bright Horizons Quayside are friendly, helpful and professional. My child enjoys her time spent at nursery. The staff always provides a wide range of fun activities, educational activities and regular updates on my child's learning and development. The staff are always making sure each child's individual needs and requirements are always met.

Our daughter transferred to Quayside Nursery from a Bright Horizons in London. The process was very easy. Our daughter had lots of settles to help the transition and all the staff have been very welcoming and friendly. The staff have worked really hard to establish a great relationship with our daughter and she’s very happy. The team follow the interests of the children and set up amazing activities for them to enjoy. The outside space is great and our daughter loves going to the forest to search for the Gruffalo!

Our daughter has been coming to Bright Horizons Quayside for almost four years and we could not fault a thing. All of the workers are excellent and we have never had any issues. We feel happy knowing that our child is safe and being well looked after.

My daughter absolutely loves every day in preschool and rushes me almost every morning to get out the door as quickly as possible and always wants to stay longer at pick up time. She loves all aspects of her day and is always asking for me to recreate the games and meals from nursery, at home.

Bright Horizons, Quayside is amazing. All of the staff are so helpful and supportive. Our little boy is adopted and finds some things hard especially being out of routine. Quayside have been nothing but supportive of both our son and us since he has started there, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’m genuinely so happy we got our son a place here, absolutely amazing staff, facilities and great food choices.

I couldn't have found a better nursery! It's absolutely brilliant. My son is autistic and hated going to the previous childcare provider, however, since starting with the manager and the girls, he just blossoms so much. He is always doing something and comes home exhausted (which can be hard due to his autism). He loves all the girls and is always excited to go in. The team is understanding, accommodating and offer support with everything, even if it's something that affects his behaviour outside the nursery. They are always updating their training, and his key person participates in anything to do with his therapies to better help him. A simple 'thank you girls' is not enough, so hopefully, this can reflect how grateful my family is!

Absolutely outstanding nursery, staff are polite, kind and very professional. They have helped my son to progress with his speech, walking (when he was learning first steps). Very supportive and an overall good nursery.

My middle child attended the nursery from seven months old till school age and now my little one has been there since she was eleven months old. The nursery staff are always professional and patient with my child. She comes home with all these positive stories about the staff. The manager is very prompt in responding to queries and always willing to help. I am very happy with the service my family are currently receiving from the nursery. I will strongly recommend them anytime any day.

An absolutely wonderful nursery. You need to experience this for yourself as it is amazing, and the staff go above and beyond. My personal experiences with Quayside have been excellent. I can not find the words to describe how amazing this place is.

My daughter has been going here from the age of 7 months. As a first-time mother, the staff have helped me so much in raising my child and to cope at home. My little one is 4 years old and has learned many skills from the nursery. Staff are understanding and support the different needs of each child, respect all backgrounds and try to do as much as possible.

I can not recommend Quayside enough, my child has been there for 2 years and we have never had any issues. The staff here are on another level, they are so caring and really listen to the children's needs (once they are able to talk obviously prior to that the team in the baby room have amazing intuition) and get to know the children as individuals, allowing them to partake in activities they want to do as opposed to just in the larger group. My daughter has flourished there and considering she is only at the nursery for 2.5 days a week I think that speaks for itself. Once my son arrives in June I will definitely be booking him in a year in advance. The manager and the team are honestly a godsend, especially during these lockdowns, I don't know where we would be without them, nothing is too much even if I'm just calling them with a daft question!

The staff at the nursery at fantastic, my daughter is so excited to go in the morning and is always greeted by a smiling face at the door. When she comes home she is full of enthusiasm and talks about all the staff by name, In particular, her key worker. The only issue we have is that since lockdown we have not been able to gage my daughter's progress in terms of development. A virtual parents evening would be really helpful to see how she is meeting her milestones.

All staff at Bright Horizons Quayside are friendly, helpful and professional. My child enjoys her time spent at nursery. The staff always provides a wide range of fun activities, educational activities and regular updates on my child's learning and development.
