My daughter started in January 2025 when she was almost 13 months old and we was incredibly nervous as we had never left her with anyone before. It felt like such a big step but from the very beginning the staff made us feel completely at ease. They posted so many photos on the app and didn't care
how many times a day I rang to check in!
The staff are absolutely incredible. They clearly love what they do and it shows in the way they care for the children. My daughter is thriving, she has really grown in confidence and is doing so well.
I've built such lovely relationships with all of the team, including management. Everyone is so kind, approachable and supportive and I really trust them with my daughter.
Honestly could not recommend them enough!!

Since starting back in May, my daughter's immediate bond with the team has been such a joy to watch. She feels safe, celebrated and seen. She often role plays at home, being her favourite teachers - every time brining a smile to our faces. Recently I spoke with the team to see about having a
'parents evening' as our daughter is starting school this year; although this wasn't a meeting that BH currently offered, they were more than happy to implement it. It was engaging, personal and a real objective oversight and into our daughters day to day life. Thank you again to the team for looking after our little lady so well!!

Both my children are at Bright Horizons Burntwood Lane and we are really happy with the nursery.
Staff are kind and genuine.
It's a big deal trusting people with your children (almost 4 and 18 months old) but we are comfortable and confident with them being here.
They do a lovely range of
creative activities, even in the baby room and the food is brilliant too. My daughter is picky at home but tucks into a great variety at nursery.
We are very happy.

My twin girls have been going to this Nursery since 11 months & sad to say to say this will be their last year as they are off to school in September. I can't recommend this Nursery enough, from the spacious clean rooms to a great outdoor space. It offers so much that I know they are stimulated with
different fun activities they have on every day. I really feel my girls have progressed both with their confidence & personalities in each room they have moved up to. They have built trust in the staff who are great! The staff & managers are bubbly & polite & they always ensure that my girls are in good hands from the moment I drop them off.

My son started in July 2025 and was 13 months old. We found he was slightly behind in a few things due to him being premature.
Myself and my husband noticed very quickly how our son was hitting milestones. The staff go above and beyond and invest so much time into each individual child. We as
parents and our son are greeted by all staff members and my Son has even started to say his key workers name before mummy and daddy!
We can't wait to see the further progressions of our Son and watch him grow within the nursery.

I can't recommend the nursery enough, the team and facilities are fantastic. Even though they have an amazing garden for the children, growing their own herbs they still take them out to a local park, outside to learn about road safety, counting colours of cars etc. They learn so much through
hands-on experiences, crafts, immersive learning whilst having so much fun. I've been so impressed and am truly sad yet grateful for my daughter to leave for 'big school.'

I can not praise the manager and the team enough! We moved our son here from another local nursery and I am so happy we did. The facilities are amazing, so well kept, spacious, modern and yet homely and the staff are just wonderful! My son joined the baby class and the key worker is most wonderful
and caring and another member of staff, in particular, and the team are just brilliant. They made our transition so amazing. I never have any worries about leaving my son in their care, he early greets them with hugs and smiles which is just the best feeling.
The app is wonderful and the photo updates I get make my day.
The food they serve sounds delicious and I am envious most days of what my son gets to eat!
The manager has been the biggest help and is just fabulous and makes everything a breeze.
I honestly can not fault them and would recommend anyone (and have recommended several people) to come view the facilities and to get your kid in here as soon as you can.

All staff at BH are amazing. I am immensely grateful for the care and attention they provide my daughter. The facilities are great too, with great outdoor spaces that my daughter loves. Activities are endless, the staff are really creative with how to develop and keep the children busy. Thank you

Bright Horizons has been such a positive experience so far. My little boy has been attending at age 2 and has been attending for 9 months. He loves it! And has shown so much progress in his speech and confidence. The nursery has a lovely feel to it. The staff are always so caring and kind and I
couldn't be happier. And I have a lot of confidence in that he is being really looked after and cared for. The settings are lovely, clean, and well looked after and carefully set out for the children to benefit from.
Communication is always very good with lots of updates on your child's progress. I'm so pleased with my choice in choosing this nursery.

My daughter has been coming here for approximately 6 months, she loves it! I have found the staff to be super friendly, happy and proactive. I'm always amazed at the activities and learning they are doing.
Any queries I have are always responded to the same day which I find reassuring and super
helpful, they are great at maintaining a relationship with the parents.
The facilities are outstanding, lots of space and the gardens are huge which is great for the summer.
As someone who has flexible hours I have found them to be accommodating to additional days and hours when needed.
Overall, my daughter is made to feel happy, comfortable and welcome. They know her well and that is always reassuring.
Fantastic nurturing environment for children.

Absolutely recommend Bright Horizons! My son is approaching his final few months there, and I'll be genuinely sad to say goodbye. Every member of the team is incredibly friendly and knows my son so well - I've always felt completely at ease leaving him in their capable hands. His key worker has been
nothing short of amazing, and he's formed a wonderful bond with her. I receive regular updates and photos, which I absolutely love, and the handovers at pick-up are always thorough. My son has never had any issues going to nursery-he's always happy and excited to be there. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience.

We chose BH Burntwood Lane for our third child after having sent our first two there and having had such a great experience. We drive from quite far away for this particular nursery as we truly think it's the best in the area. All the staff are so caring and kind, with lots of experience. The
management team are hot on everything, quick to respond and put the family and child above anything else. We had a short experience at another nursery where everything was about profit and business, at bright horizons it's about the child which is very important to us. The food is great, the facilities are great, the staff are wonderful. Nothing negative to say. Shout out to management and all the girls in the baby room.

Our son has attended Bright Horizons Burntwood Lane for the past year and will do so for another 2 years. We're so happy with the care he receives there. All the staff know his name and he is excited to be dropped off in the mornings. We get regular updates and photos explaining what activities he's
taking part in. The staff are attentive and caring. Management has always been very accommodating and communicative. The extended opening hours are great if you're commuting. The nursery also has fantastic outside space which the children seem to use often. Our daughter will start at the same nursery in November, which is testament to how highly we rate it.

Couldn't wish for a better nursery. Our daughter, now aged 3, has been looked after in each of the rooms - the baby room (she started at 10 months old), the toddler room and the pre-school room. All the staff are amazing and so down to earth. We know that our daughter is well looked after there and
is loved by all the staff.

Both my kids have been in Bright Horizons since they were very little (10-12mo).
It's a fantastic nursery! The staff are incredibly caring and supportive, helping my children grow with love and encouragement.
They've supported them in learning key skills like eating independently or using the
potty, all while showing them the world around us.
The facilities are also very good, with an amazing garden they use all year around.

I cannot speak highly enough of Bright Horizons Burntwood Lane. The environment is nurturing, safe, and amazing all round. The staff are incredibly professional and genuinely show care for the children, always taking the time to understand my child's individual needs and interests.

My daughter has been attending Burntwood Lane since 10 months old, and she is now 4 and off to school this September. I cannot thank the team at Burntwood Lane enough for the care and love they have given her over the last 4 years, every room she has been in she has blossomed, and is so confident
and ready for the next step to school!
The team are consistent and she has always had a really great bond with her key person, as well as all of the other staff within the room, and most days we come home and carry on playing 'Pre-School', as she loves to pretend to be her teachers. She comes home and shares things that she has learnt, and this is testament to the amazing opportunities that the children are provided with on a daily basis.
Another bonus, is that my daughter has always been quite a picky eater, but has been really supported by the team to try new foods, and she now eats a much wider range!
Thank you team Burntwood, you are all amazing at what you do x

My little one really enjoys going to the nursery and preschool, where she made lots of friends and I can tell that she had learned lots of different things from the teachers. I highly recommend the nursery to all parents who are choosing for their kids.

My son who is now in Reception visited Bright Horizons B. And was very happy there loves all his teacher/carer that's why we decided my daughter also to sent and she is currently visiting the nursery her last year since she was 2 years old.

We're so happy that our children go to Bright Horizons, Burntwood Lane. From the friendly welcome at the door, to keeping you updated with how your child has been and truly caring about every child in the class, they really are the best. I can't recommend highly enough!
