Tops Havant Spreads the Love with Heartwarming Valentine’s Stay & Play, With Residents from Portsdown View Care Home

Tops Day Nurseries Havant, based on Stockheath Lane, hosted a truly special Valentine’s Stay & Play morning, bringing together children, families and members of the local community for a celebration filled with kindness and connection.

The preschool children were delighted to welcome lovely residents from Portsdown View Care Home, along with some of their wonderful mums, for a morning dedicated to sharing the love. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as the children proudly presented each resident, carer and mummy with a beautiful bunch of flowers, alongside thoughtful Valentine’s crafts they had lovingly created the day before.

It was a heartwarming moment to see smiles light up the room as generations came together. The children were especially excited to gift Katie, Senior Nursery Manager and Claire, Deputy Manager, with their own bunches of flowers, creating an extra special moment that brought even more joy to the celebration.

One resident shared some touching feedback following the visit, saying: "It was really nice, the environment is amazing, and you can tell all of the children are loved individually and looked after.
