Grandir UK has acquired College Town Montessori, providing high-quality full day care to the local and surrounding areas of Sandhurst.
Established 33 years ago, the 55-place family run setting was founded by Louise and Mike Sanderson who put a high emphasis on providing a welcoming and nurturing learning environment for all the children in attendance.
Lydia Hopper, CEO of Grandir UK comments, “Louise and Mike have successfully crafted a stellar reputation providing childcare solutions to families in the local area. They have confidently left their nursery in Grandir UK’s capable hands to continue to provide high-quality childcare where children will enjoy an enriched and unique range of education programmes.
"As a Great Place to Work® certified employer, the nursery teams will reap the rewards of being part of a larger group with benefits such as a dedicated resource to professional development and access to the savings and rewards & recognition employee platform, GrandCentral. Thank you to Redwoods Dowling Kerr, who approached us with the opportunity and helped all parties throughout”.
Sarah Ellison of Redwoods Dowling Kerr comments, “It was a pleasure to assist Louise and Mike and the team at Grandir UK on the sale of College Town Montessori in Sandhurst. I wish Grandir UK the best of luck with their latest acquisition and look forward to continuing to assist them with their growth plans”.
Lydia Hopper continues, “We would also like to thank Ragavan Arunachalam, Partner at Collyer Bristow LLP and his team for their tireless and diligent legal work in allowing Grandir UK to complete this transaction smoothly and to time”.
