Job Summary
We are a Baby Nursery and have 27 under 2 years and we are outstanding with Ofsted. We are looking for some to join our team as a Room Leader Nursery Nurse. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of nursery staff, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can thrive. Your leadership will inspire confidence, foster development, and ensure the highest standards of childcare are maintained. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate professionals eager to make a positive impact on children’s early years while developing their management and leadership skills in a supportive setting.
Skills / Qualifications
- Extensive experience working directly with children under 2 years of age
- Ability to motivate and guide a team while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere
- Nursery Nurse level 3 and above
- Communicate effectively with parents and share progress and build a strong relationship with them and the children
