The RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in providing exceptional care and learning opportunities for children, helping them build confidence, independence and a love of learning.
You'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a key person and building positive relationships with children and families
- Supporting children's individual care routines and emotional wellbeing
- Delivering engaging play and learning experiences that reflect children's interests
- Observing, assessing and recording children's development in line with the EYFS
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive
- Encouraging children's communication, social development and curiosity
- Working in partnership with parents to support children's learning journeys
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
Essential- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have experience working within a nursery, preschool or childcare environment
- Possess a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Are committed to delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- Qualified Level 2 Early Years practitioners looking to further develop their careers
