Every nursery has days that don't go to plan. A cold sweeps through the team, a new family starts, a studio gets busy. In most settings, those days get covered by whoever is free. At Early Years Studios, they're covered by our Studio Support Team: a small group of qualified educators who know our children, our studios and our standard, and who step in when we need them most.

Our flagship opened in April 2026 in a heritage building on Holly Walk, Leamington Spa. We are building something different: STEM, creative work, wellness, nutrition and the outdoors, with human skills and relationships at the centre. Our Support Team is part of that from day one, not an afterthought.

Where you'll work

You'll support across our three studios. The Baby Studio runs from 3 to 16 months, the Toddler Studio from 14 months to 2.5 years, and the Central Studio from 2.3 to 5 years. Each is led by a Unit Manager who works on the floor alongside you, so you'll always know who to go to and what's expected.

What you'll do

• Step into any studio and keep the day calm, consistent and safe for children.
• Support planned activities, from sensory play to STEM, outdoor learning and wellbeing.
• Help with care routines: sleep, feeds, nappies and mealtimes.
• Follow each child's needs and routines, guided by their key person and Unit Manager.
• Keep safeguarding at the centre of your practice, with a trained lead always within reach.
• Bring warmth and energy, because children feel your mood before any adult notices it.

What we're looking for

• Unqualified, Level 2 or Level 3+ in Early Years.
• A good grasp of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
• Paediatric First Aid, or willingness to complete it.
• Flexibility and the confidence to settle into any studio quickly.
• Warmth, positivity and a genuine love of the work.

Pay: £10.85-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
