As a newly opening setting, Early Years Studios currently has vacancies across all age groups.We are preparing to offer Early Education Funding and are awaiting final registration with Ofsted. Places will be allocated in line with our registration timeline and confirmed start dates.Families are welcome to register their interest and arrange a visit.
Co-Founder and Managing Director of Early Years Studios, with nearly 20 years’ experience in early education. From working directly with children and families to supporting thousands of early years provisions across the UK and beyond, Bianca brings a unique perspective to nursery leadership.
Her ethos is simple: to create beautiful learning environments that are family-centric, underpinned by thoughtful use of technology, and committed to delivering the very highest standards of early years education and care.
Early Years Studios is the culmination of that vision.
Studio Manager of Early Years Studios, Leamington Spa, with over 13 years’ experience working directly with children and leading early years teams across the UK and internationally, including the UAE.
Chel brings a clear, child-centred approach rooted in a strong understanding of development, from early attachment and exploration in the under-twos, through to confident independence and school readiness.
She leads with warmth and clarity, setting high standards and building a reflective, ambitious team culture where children thrive, families feel confident, and quality is consistent every day.
Baby Studio Manager at Early Years Studios Leamington Spa, with hands-on experience across a range of provisions and a clear focus on babies and under twos.
Erin brings a calm, nurturing approach, with particular strength in settling-in and transitions, building secure relationships with families and supporting children through their earliest stages of development.
She works with care, attentiveness and consistency, creating a warm environment where children feel safe, settled and confident to explore.
Central Studio Manager at Early Years Studios, Leamington Spa, with over 16 years’ experience in early years education, including 7 years in senior management and leadership roles, alongside the perspective of being a parent.
Shannon brings a calm, structured approach to practice, with a strong focus on relationships, consistency and high-quality, play-based learning that supports children’s development and confidence as they prepare for school. She leads with clarity and consistency, ensuring children feel secure, supported and inspired.
