Level 3 Practitioner

Child First in Banbury is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, supportive team. We are committed to putting children at the heart of everything we do and creating an environment where children, families, and staff can thrive.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within a safe, nurturing environment
• Act as a key person, building secure relationships with children and families
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that support individual learning and development
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of practice
• Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice at all times

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Is caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Is committed to professional development and continuous improvement
