What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as a Key Person, building secure and nurturing relationships with children
  • Planning and delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
  • Supporting children's individual needs, including SEND and inclusive practice
  • Building positive partnerships with parents and carers
  • Maintaining high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and the ongoing development of the nursery
What We're Looking For
  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting (newly qualified applicants are welcome to apply)
  • Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
  • A positive, caring, and reliable team player
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping children learn, develop, and succeed
