What You'll Be Doing

As an Early Years Educator, you'll:

• Create fun, engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
• Support children to learn through outdoor play and exploration.
• Build warm, positive relationships with children and their families.
• Help every child feel safe, valued and confident.
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Bring enthusiasm, creativity and new ideas to every day.

What We're Looking For

? Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, though we will consider unqualified applicants with experience

? Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery setting

? A genuine passion for Early Years education

? A positive, reliable and caring approach

? Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to make a real difference
