As Room Leader, you will inspire and guide your team through positive role modelling, ensuring that children experience a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment every day.
In addition to leading your room, you will be an experienced and trusted member of the leadership team, capable of supporting the day-to-day operation of the nursery and deputising for the Nursery Manager when required. This may include assisting with staff deployment, rota management, parent communication, and ensuring the smooth running of the setting.
