Nursery Deputy Manager

St Edward's Prep School & Nursery is seeking an outstanding Deputy Manager/Nursery Lead to help shape and develop our thriving Nursery.

The Nursery Lead role combines the leadership and development of our Nursery, ensuring every child receives an exceptional start to their educational journey. Working closely with the Assistant Head (EYFS) and wider school leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the Nursery's continued growth and success, helping to shape its future direction and contributing to future developments and expansion opportunities.

At St Edward's, we believe the most effective leadership in Early Years comes from working alongside children and colleagues every day. The successful candidate will lead practice across the Nursery whilst leading one of our Nursery classrooms, modelling exceptional practice and supporting colleagues. Dedicated leadership time will be provided to support the ongoing development, quality and growth of the Nursery.

Hours, Salary & Benefits:

Hours: Permanent role, year round

40 hours per week. 

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 pa
