We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher with QTS and Montessori qualification to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and support each child's developmental journey. Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to preschool-aged children, including toddlers and those with special needs.
  • Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.
  • Support children with diverse needs by applying inclusive teaching strategies and collaborating with specialists when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child's progress, needs, and achievements through regular updates.
  • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or classroom aides to ensure high-quality instruction and care.
  • Maintain detailed records of children's developmental milestones, attendance, and behavioral observations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health protocols, and licensing requirements at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with young children in educational or caregiving settings, including toddlers.
  • Knowledge of special education principles and experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
  • Background in teaching or tutoring young learners with an emphasis on early childhood development.
  • Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports children of all abilities.
  • Certification or training in Montessori and QTS
