Job Summary

We're now looking for an Early Years professional/ Teacher status to support the Nursery Manager in leading our passionate team at LTHT Nurseries. Job summary
Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK-recognised early years qualification with a recognised Level 5 early years qualification/ teacher status. You'll be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and the nursery's policies and procedures. You'll play a large part in helping to lead, mentor, and support the nursery team, promoting a positive, collaborative, and professional culture while ensuring staff development and performance are maintained to a high standard. You'll help the manager to collaborate with a range of individuals, building strong, trusting relationships with families and external agencies, supporting each child's development and wellbeing, and ensuring the nursery is always prepared for Ofsted inspections. Excellent understanding of EYFS. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children. Have experience at managing day care settings, with knowledge of all Ofsted Welfare Requirements for children and inspection procedures. You'll have experience supporting team members to achieve good outcomes in Ofsted inspections, Quality Assurance Schemes, and Local Authority initiatives.
