Qualified Room Lead Level 3

Little Cakes Montessori School is seeking an experienced minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the role of a room lead. The role is for 40 hours a week over 50 weeks a year. The Room Lead will be overseeing the daily running of a room, ensuring engaging and stimulating activities that will support children in their learning and development alongside the EYFS and Montessori philosophy. The Room Lead will lead a team to maintain a high standard of learning, safeguarding and positive support whilst maintaining a positive and inclusive environment. The Room Lead will be responsible in support their team to build strong partnerships with parents, children and colleagues.
