You'll also be involved in wider people initiatives including HR projects, policy development, colleague development and employee wellbeing strategies, giving you the opportunity to make a real contribution to how we support our people across Childbase Partnership.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience providing employee relations advice and case management support to line managers.
- A strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- A CIPD qualification or HR related degree
- The confidence and credibility to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage a varied caseload, balance competing priorities and provide pragmatic, commercially aware HR advice.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in supporting managers and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
