The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where babies and young children can learn, develop and flourish.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Planning engaging activities and experiences
- Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Completing observations and supporting learning journeys
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
- Promoting safeguarding and child welfare at all times
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children's development
We'd Particularly Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- Experience working with children under 3 years old
- Experience in a Baby Room, Pre-Toddler or Toddler Room
- Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or Early Years Educator
- A child-centred approach and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences
