Summary

Responsibilities

' Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare services.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children.
• Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and external agencies.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance appraisals.
• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, resource management, and administrative tasks.
• Promote the nursery's ethos of quality care and continuous improvement.'
• Qualifications
• NNEB, Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 3, Degree in Early Years Childhood study and Education or any other relevant childcare qualification on the DFE approved list.

' Proven experience in managing a childcare or early education setting.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards related to childcare.
• Ability to develop educational programs tailored to children's needs.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A relevant qualification in early childhood education or management is preferred.
