As a developing and expanding nursery, you’ll play a key role in shaping routines, enhancing practice, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children and families.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a Key Person, building strong, nurturing relationships
• Planning and delivering engaging, child-led EYFS activities
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting SEND and inclusive practice
• Building positive partnerships with parents and carers
• Contributing to high-quality standards and Ofsted readiness

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting (newly qualified candidates welcome)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection
• A positive, reliable team player with a genuine passion for early years
