Footsteps Nursery in Wilmslow is looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will work collaboratively with the nursery team to create engaging learning experiences and build strong relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
  • Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and parents
  • Support children’s emotional wellbeing and development
  • Complete observations, assessments, and learning records accurately
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a team

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach
