About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and support in line with organisational standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support individuals’ wellbeing, development, and independence
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification relevant to the role (e.g. Health & Social Care / Early Years)
• Previous experience in a similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, reliable, and professional approach
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
