We are looking for a passionate, friendly and hard-working Nursery Manager to join our nursery team at Chestnut Nursery School - John Perry, RM10 8BS! This is for a minimum contract of 1 year with the possibility to extend and become permanent.

The Role

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, following a shift pattern. Our settings are open between the hours of 7.45am-6.00pm, however as nursery manager you are likely to alternate between the open and close shift.

Requirements

The successful applicant will need to have…

• Level 3 qualification
• Management experience: 1 year+
• Strong leadership skills
• Great understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS)
• Strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Excellent organisation skills and time-management
