The Nursery Practitioner will:

  • Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities and play experiences.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observe and monitor children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Promote children’s wellbeing, independence, and confidence.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.

The nursery is looking for someone who:

  • Holds a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
  • Has a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Is caring, enthusiastic, and reliable.
  • Works well as part of a team.
  • Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
