Nursery Staff

We are looking for practitioners with following abilities and genuine passion to provide quality childcare for children.

• Initiative - Able to apply understanding of expectations to work role and work independently where necessary
• Fun loving - Must have patience and interest to sit down and play/interact with children
• Enthusiasm - Being able to come up with creative ideas
• Adaptable - Able to work in different conditions with positive outlook and able to cope under pressure
• Ability - To bring out the best in every child through play, bonding and observations.
• Experience with babies.

• Working in line with EYFS, planning and implementing activities according to the curriculum, both indoors and outdoors.
• Ensuring to provide a safe, warm and caring environment for children.
• Working in partnership with parents and being a great team player
• To be a key person for a group of children, which would involve regular observations, next step planning and termly reports using digital system (training provided)
• Following policies and procedures of the setting

We will complete a DBS Criminal Record Disclosure check and offer safeguarding and first aid training (if you have not already completed these).
