Nursery Manager

Job summary

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our setting, located a stones throw from Ham common. The setting is quiet and slowly becoming an established provision. We are looking for someone positive, excited to the grow the occupancy and to be able to support our current small team of 3 people. The role could be over 4 days or 5, and there is some flexiblity in how this is strutured for the right person. This is a small scale managerial role at present which is reflected in the salary and would be a great platform for someone wanting something calm to either support their first steps into Nursery Management or take a side step to something like this. 

You will need a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years, a good understanding of all aspects of compliance (EYFS, Ofsted, Safeguarding and statutory compliance). You will have an exceptional levell of Senior Support but also the opportunity to make the nursery your own.
