Job summary
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner to join our team on a temporary basis from 8th June to 17th July.
The successful candidate must hold either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and have experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Valid and up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
Responsibilities:
- Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Assisting with daily nursery routines
