Early Years Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Shooting Stars Nursery – Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, WV3 9PE
£14.10 per hour | Full?time (40 hours) | Part?time considered
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30am–6:00pm
All year round | Bank holidays off
As we move into the summer term, we’re excited to welcome passionate Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioners to join our warm, supportive and developing team at Shooting Stars Tettenhall.
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner keen to help shape practice, or a newly qualified Level 3 looking for the right environment to build confidence and skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a nursery that truly values its people.

What We’re Looking For- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- A positive, reliable team player with a genuine passion for early years
- Act as a Key Person, supporting a group of children
- Plan and deliver engaging, child?led learning experiences
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Contribute to high?quality practice and Ofsted readiness
- £14.10 per hour, with annual pay and benefits review
