Hours: Between 7:30am–6:00pm

Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for genuine flexibility without compromising on quality, values or professional standards?
This late spring / early summer, Shooting Stars Nursery Worcester is welcoming a caring and confident Relief / Bank Nursery Practitioner to support our friendly, professional team across all rooms and age groups.
This role is ideal if you enjoy variety, value work?life balance and want your skills and experience to be truly appreciated. Whether you’re fitting work around other commitments, returning to early years, or simply choosing flexible working as a lifestyle, you’ll feel supported and valued as part of our team.
What We’re Looking For- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Sound understanding of the EYFS and experience supporting children’s development
- Confidence working flexibly across different rooms, age groups and teams
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Warm, caring and professional communication skills
- A genuine commitment to high?quality, inclusive early years care
- Support the team in delivering engaging, age?appropriate learning experiences
- Step into different rooms as required, ensuring continuity of care for children
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, colleagues and families
- Help maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Contribute to observations, planning and record?keeping where appropriate
- Uphold safeguarding procedures, EYFS requirements and health & safety standards
