About the role
You’ll use your early years knowledge and
understanding of child
development to supervise children, support
learning through play, and apply positive behaviour
management. Strong communication
skills, initiative,
and organisational skills are essential, along with
being reliable, flexible/adaptable,
and committed to teamwork.
Hours & Location
- Open all year (closed at Christmas – paid time off)
- Shifts between 8am–6pm | Full-time or job share options
- 5-minute walk from High Barnet Underground (Northern Line)
What we’re looking for
- Level 3+ Childcare qualification (required)
- Warm, creative, reliable educator with strong soft skills
- Passion for EYFS and play-based learning
