Blossom Lodge Day Nursery are looking to recruit a Full Time (4.5 days) Room Leader

This role would be for our Pre-School Room (3-5 years)

You would be joining a dedicated, friendly and supportive team where the senior leadership team are committed to supporting staff’s continual personal development.

You will be required to supervise and manage a small team of staff and liaise daily with the nursery manager to provide a high level of care for the children at the nursery, maximising their learning potential and work towards positive outcomes.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or higher
  • - Paediatric first aid certificate - Safeguarding certificate The ideal candidate will have the following: - Experience of working in a children’s day nursery
  • min of 3 years and ideally in a supervisory role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to observe and record children’s progress - Ability to observe and support staff performance - Enthusiasm and a passionate approach to Early Years Development - Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS
