Room Leader

Job summary

We are an independent family nursery at the heart of the local Crouch End community for over 30 years, seeking an experienced Room Leader to join our close-knit team. 

The ideal candidate must be Montessori qualified, with experience working in an Early Years setting and a passion for helping children to learn and develop at their own pace. You must be confident in leading a classroom, with a good understanding of how to work with SEND children, and a calm and friendly manner.

Salary: £28,000-33,000 pro rata

40 hours / week, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, open 38 weeks / year

Requirements:

· A recognised Montessori Qualification (Level 3 or higher)

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Montessori / Early Years setting

· Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS requirements

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Experience working with SEND children

· Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor visa applications)
