Job summary

Child First Nursery in Aylesbury are looking for a committed  Room Leader to join our wonderful team!

Situated in Aylesbury town centre, The nursery cares for children from 3 months to 3 years, in a unique environment, with a large spacious nursery giving children the opportunity to explore inside and outside.

At 3 years old, children transition to the sister pre-school at Rickfords Hill.

Taking care of our staff’s wellbeing is of prime importance to us and we are proud to have been voted the 14th best place to work in the whole of the UK!

What We Are Looking For

• A full Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience as a Room Leader in an Early Years setting
• A warm, nurturing and proactive approach to childcare
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences
• A passion for helping children flourish, learn and grow

• Plan and lead play-based activities that inspire children to learn
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
• Promote a safe, supportive and inclusive setting for all children
