Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
• Support children’s development through play, creativity, and exploration
• Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Be a key part of planning and delivering exciting learning activities
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of every child in your care

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
• Passion for working with young children and making a positive difference
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, nurturing approach to your work
• Ability to build strong relationships with children and parents
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
