Key Responsibilites
- Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
- Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
- Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
- Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
- Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.
- Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Essentials
- GCSE grades 5-9/A-C
- Level 2 or higher in Early Years
- Knowledge of Safeguarding
