About You

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a teamin an early years setting
• Passion forearly years education
• Confidence in supportingchildren’s learning and development
• Commitment tosafeguardingand continuous professional development
