With Oaks Nursery introducing a Baby room for the first time and expanding we require the manager to join and lead our setting.
Cambridge International School provides a creative education for children from all nationalities. From the nursery, right through to Year 6, the CIS educational philosophy promotes creative thinking, self-motivation, curiosity about the world and the courage to take risks and not to be daunted by failures. Children at CIS are inspired to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses in order to learn how best to improve.

Our warm and welcoming Nursery is located in the Early Years area of the Primary School. This allows children from 6 months to 4 years old the space to grow and thrive in a stimulating environment whilst providing the best introduction to learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in our newly created baby room.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery from January 2026. You will be part of a close-knit team, working alongside the Head to shape an inspiring and nurturing environment for our youngest learners.
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, maintaining strong operational and financial oversight and developing your team to reach their full potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step to make a meaningful impact in a well-established, high-quality setting.
This is a full time, permanent all year round role. The school is closed for one week in July/August for the Cambridge Folk Festival and one week at Christmas.
Cambridge International School strives to be a diverse and inclusive work-place where we can all be ourselves.

We welcome applications from current managers or experienced deputies looking for their first managerial role. You will be welcomed into our experienced and warm team of staff.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy earlier than the date advertised.
