Little Bloom Nursery is a warm, nurturing and growing early years setting committed to providing outstanding childcare and education for children aged 0–5 years. We are looking for a passionate, experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our team and support the continued development of the nursery.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to high-quality practice, staff development and achieving excellent outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Ensure full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and child welfare.
• Support, motivate and develop staff through coaching and supervision.
• Build strong relationships with parents and families.
• Manage occupancy levels and support nursery growth.
• Prepare the setting for Ofsted inspections and maintain outstanding practice standards.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification minimum (Level 5 or above desirable).
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience managing Ofsted inspections.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
