Having worked in Early years for 18 years, Leanne has managed many nurseries ranging from small to very large and joins our team with many accomplishments.

Hayley has worked in early years for many years in a variation of roles most recently as a nanny. Hayley joins our team with a wealth of knowledge.

Lisa has years of experience in Early years cooking. She focus on healthy, nutritious dishes that focus on child growth and development.

Chloe is a Jolly and caring Nursery assistant who brings warmth and love to our baby room. She brings a fun and loving positive environment to our Lovely Nursery.

Jullie is a dedicated and nurturing Level 3 qualified early years practitioner with a strong passion for supporting children’s learning and development. With her warm approach and excellent knowledge of the EYFS, she creates engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and confidence in young learners. Jullie builds strong, positive relationships with children and families, ensuring every child feels valued, safe, and supported. She is committed to ongoing professional development and takes pride in contributing to a high-quality, child-centred environment

Alexandra is a caring and committed qualified early years practitioner who brings enthusiasm and creativity to her role every day. She has a strong understanding of child development and uses this to plan meaningful, engaging activities that support each child’s individual learning journey. Alexandra builds warm, trusting relationships with children and families, ensuring everyone feels welcome and included. Passionate about providing high-quality care, she is dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Berfin is a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Assistant who brings a warm, calming presence to the Little Bloom team. She has a natural ability to connect with children, supporting them to feel safe, confident, and ready to explore. Berfin is passionate about early years development and takes pride in helping each child learn through play, curiosity, and positive interactions.

With a gentle approach and a strong sense of responsibility, Berfin supports daily routines, promotes children’s independence, and ensures that every child’s individual needs are met. She works closely with colleagues and families to create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Clarrisa is a qualified and caring Baby Room Leader with a warm, nurturing approach. She provides a safe, calm, and stimulating environment where babies feel secure and supported in their early development. Clarrisa works closely with families to build strong relationships and ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

Faith is our Preschool Room Leader and a highly experienced Early Years Practitioner. She leads the preschool room with confidence and care, creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports children’s development and prepares them for school. Faith is passionate about high-quality practice, mentoring her team, and ensuring each child’s individual needs are met. She works closely with parents and staff to maintain strong relationships and consistently high standards of care and education.

Sophie is a qualified Early Years Practitioner working in our preschool room. She is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage independence, confidence, and school readiness. Sophie builds strong, nurturing relationships with the children in her care and works closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and motivated to learn.

Amrita is a highly qualified practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and many years of experience in early years education. She brings a strong understanding of child development, teaching, and learning into practice, creating engaging and purposeful experiences that support children’s progress across all areas of the EYFS. Amrita is passionate about high-quality education, inclusive practice, and supporting every child to reach their full potential. She works closely with staff and families to ensure children feel confident, supported, and ready for the next stage of their learning journey.

Laura is a qualified Early Years Practitioner working in our baby room. She holds a Montessori qualification and brings a calm, nurturing approach to her practice, supporting babies’ early development through responsive care and carefully prepared learning experiences. Laura focuses on building secure attachments, promoting independence from an early age, and creating a safe, stimulating environment where every baby can thrive.
