Little Bloom Nursery & Pre-school

Lynne is an experienced and highly knowledgeable Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in early years education and childcare compliance. She plays a key role in maintaining high standards across the setting, ensuring that all practices align with statutory requirements, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted expectations.

In her role, Lynne is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of teaching, learning, and care provided within the nursery. She conducts regular audits, observations, and staff supervisions to ensure consistency and continuous improvement. Lynne works closely with the management team to identify areas for development and implements effective action plans to enhance outcomes for children.

She has a thorough understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all policies and procedures are robust, up-to-date, and effectively embedded in daily practice. Lynne also supports staff through coaching and mentoring, promoting a culture of reflective practice and professional development.

Lynne has successfully supported teams through Ofsted inspections by ensuring that documentation, staff knowledge, and practice meet required standards. Her attention to detail, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence contribute significantly to creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for all children.

Hayley has worked in early years for many years in a variation of roles most recently as a nanny. Hayley joins our team with a wealth of knowledge.

Lisa has years of experience in Early years cooking. She focus on healthy, nutritious dishes that focus on child growth and development.

Chloe is a Jolly and caring Nursery assistant who brings warmth and love to our baby room. She brings a fun and loving positive environment to our Lovely Nursery.

Jullie is a dedicated and nurturing Level 3 qualified early years practitioner with a strong passion for supporting children’s learning and development. With her warm approach and excellent knowledge of the EYFS, she creates engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and confidence in young learners. Jullie builds strong, positive relationships with children and families, ensuring every child feels valued, safe, and supported. She is committed to ongoing professional development and takes pride in contributing to a high-quality, child-centred environment

Alexandra is a caring and committed qualified early years practitioner who brings enthusiasm and creativity to her role every day. Amrita is a highly qualified practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and many years of experience in early years education. Laura is a qualified Early Years Practitioner working in our baby room.
