About the Role

  • 30–40 hours per week
  • Flexible shifts and job-share options available
  • Work with children aged 0–5 and support their development through the EYFS
  • Help create a safe, engaging and positive environment for children
  • Carry out safeguarding, communication and record-keeping to a high standard
  • Work closely with a friendly team and contribute to daily nursery operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted expectations
  • Someone reliable, confident and able to use their initiative
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents and external agencies
  • Knowledge of Famly or similar nursery software is a bonus (not essential)

Eligibility & Safeguarding Requirements

To apply, you must:

  • Be 17 or over (Ofsted requirement)
  • Live in the UK
  • Have valid Right to Work in the UK
    (We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.)

Before starting, you will need to:

  • Provide Right to Work documents
  • Provide qualification certificates
  • Complete an enhanced DBS check
  • Provide two satisfactory references
