Job summary
EDG Nursery is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join their supportive, child-centred team.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Essential: A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (as recognised by the Department for Education) Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong communication skills
- both written and verbal A commitment to inclusive
- child-centred practice Desirable: Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to undertake training) Experience working in a nursery or early years setting Experience supporting children with additional needs Knowledge of child development from birth to five years
