Role & Competitive Pay • Level 3 Room Leader • Up to £32,614/year (40 hours per week)

About the Role As our Nursery Room Leader, you’ll:

• Lead your own room with confidence and creativity • Plan imaginative, engaging activities • Support children’s development with care and enthusiasm • Build strong, trusting relationships with families • Inspire your team and help shape a positive learning environment

We’re Looking For: • A qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with room leader experience • Someone positive, caring, and full of energy • A team player who brings creativity and passion to every day • An individual who wants to grow, develop, and make a meaningful impact
