Job summary

Be part of something bold.

We’re Early Years Studios, a new kind of nursery group redefining what early childhood could look and feel like today.

Our flagship site opens this Spring in a beautiful heritage building in the heart of Leamington Spa, and we’re looking for passionate, qualified Early Years Educators to join our Launch Team.

This is not just a role. It’s a rare opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning, shaping a new approach to early years that puts children, families, and educators at the centre.

You’ll work in calm, purposeful studios with beautiful resources, delivering inspiring learning experiences and creating environments where every child feels safe, supported, and seen.

If early years is your calling and you want to grow your career while making a real difference, this is  the opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering high-quality early education, combining EYFS with our Studio Standard approach.
  • Creating calm, inspiring environments where children thrive through play, curiosity, and exploration.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
  • Supporting key children with observations, planning, assessments, and learning journeys.
  • Bringing creativity to daily practice, from sensory play to STEM, forest school, and wellbeing activities.
  • Ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety standards are embedded in everything you do.
  • Being part of a collaborative team, contributing ideas, and shaping our culture from day one.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Therefore the successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Disclosure and enrol in the update system. References will be contacted before employment and all suitability checks will be carried out.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified and experienced: Level 2 or Level 3+ in Early Years
  • Passionate and purposeful: you see early years as a career, not just a job.
  • Knowledgeable and confident: strong grasp of EYFS, safeguarding, SEND, and child development.
  • Creative and reflective: able to design meaningful activities and adapt to children’s needs.
  • Warm and caring: you bring personality, positivity, and empathy to your role.
  • Ambitious and growth-minded: excited to join a start-up nursery group with big opportunities ahead.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive salary: £22,000 – £30,000 per annum.
  • 5 weeks + an extra day for every year of service.
  • Generous childcare discount.
  • Paid training and development through our Studio Standard pathway.
  • Calm, purpose-built studios with thoughtfully designed spaces and resources.
  • A founding team culture, supportive, ambitious, and values-driven.
  • Clear career progression as we grow, with opportunities to step into senior roles.

This is the start of something different.

If you’re ready to lead with purpose, ambition, and care, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now to become part of our Launch Team.
